Jyoti Dham School provides digital educational portals, online admission processing, student performance tracking, computer-based testing, and online fee collection services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, parents, legal guardians, students, teachers, and administrative users. Accessing our portals indicates full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our digital services.

• Minors & Parental Authority: Portal access for students under the age of 18 is provided under the authority and supervision of their registered parents or legal guardians.
• Credential Security: Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials (passwords, OTPs, student IDs). Any activity originating from an authenticated user session is the responsibility of the account holder.
• Accuracy of Data: Users agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during admissions, portal registrations, and fee processing.

Online fee collection, admission fees, and educational subscriptions are processed through authorized payment service providers, primarily Razorpay Software Private Limited.

• Currency & Taxes: All fees are stated and payable in Indian Rupees (INR ₹), inclusive of applicable taxes or statutory levies.
• Payment Processing: Transactions are routed through PCI-DSS compliant banking channels. Payment completion is subject to authorization by the issuing bank or card provider.
• Discrepancies & Failed Transactions: If funds are debited during a failed or interrupted transaction, the issuing bank or payment gateway typically processes an automated reversal within 5–7 business days.

All trademarks, logos, school crests, portal designs, software code, curriculum materials, examination content, and website graphics are the exclusive intellectual property of Jyoti Dham School. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

Users agree to refrain from the following prohibited activities:

• Attempting unauthorized access, security probing, or system vulnerability scanning.
• Uploading malicious code, automated bots, or damaging scripts.
• Submitting defamatory, unlawful, or inappropriate content in assignments or message boards.
• Misrepresenting identity or impersonating school officials, teachers, or other students.

Where Google Sign-In or OAuth 2.0 authentication is utilized, user information is accessed solely to verify identity and enable portal features in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Google user data standards. Third-party authentication permissions may be managed or disconnected by users through their Google Account Security settings.

Digital portals and online services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While reasonable efforts are maintained to ensure portal security and availability, Jyoti Dham School does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation or immunity from third-party network outages.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Jyoti Dham School, its management, trustees, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for banking network delays, payment gateway failures, or internet service interruptions beyond the school's reasonable control.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of portal usage or online transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vapi / Valsad District, Gujarat, India.

Jyoti Dham School reserves the right to amend these Terms at its discretion. Updated terms become effective upon publication on official web portals.
