Our web and mobile applications offer Google Sign-In / OAuth 2.0 for convenient and secure user authentication.

• Scopes Requested: Basic profile info (`openid`, `profile`) and verified email address (`email`).
• Purpose of Use: Google OAuth data is strictly used to authenticate user identity, map authorized student/parent portal accounts, and grant access to assigned learning materials.
• Strict Non-Disclosure Guarantee: Google user data is never used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or monetization. We do not sell or transfer Google user data to third-party brokers or advertisers under any circumstances.

All data synchronized between student devices, web portals, and mobile applications passes through sophisticated encryption architectures:

• Encryption in Transit: All HTTP network requests use TLS 1.3 / SSL encryption (HTTPS) to prevent interception or tampering.
• Encryption at Rest: Database storage and user secrets are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
• User Isolation: Synchronized data (attendance, assignments, grades, fee receipts) is isolated strictly to the authenticated user account and authorized school administration.

In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies and data safety disclosures:

• Data Minimization: Our Android app collects only data essential for school operations and account functionality.
• No Location Tracking for Ad Targeting: Device location is not tracked or shared for marketing purposes.
• Child Protection & DPDP Act: Educational data of student minors is managed with explicit parental consent in full compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India.

In compliance with Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) mandates, statutory educational regulations, and institutional record-keeping requirements, official student academic records, enrolment histories, and examination data are permanently maintained by Jyoti Dham School.

Users maintain full administrative control over external authentication links and third-party account connections (such as Google OAuth logins). Third-party access permissions and account links may be managed, revoked, or unlinked directly by the user at any time through their respective identity provider settings (e.g., Google Account Security permissions) or by terminating active portal sessions.

We integrate with trusted service providers strictly to maintain infrastructure and education workflows:

• Razorpay: Secure payment processing.
• Google Workspace for Education: Cloud hosting, database, and authentication services.
• AWS: Transactional email notifications and official school communications.
